Slowly getting on track

Been running a few 5Ks last week.. and been cycling too.. I told myself to make sure everyday I will do something to keep me active and would help me get back in shape as fast as I can..

Saturdays must be allotted to running..

Sundays must be allotted to cycling..

Week days must include swimming and strength training..

7th week in my training plan

Feeling good so far.. getting better and closer to the training plan compared to the last 2 weeks..

Speedwork will be tomorrow morning since I wasn't able to wake up early today..  Long run of 14 miles on Sunday.  Help me Lord.. :)

I need a running buddy to keep me away from boredom during my long runs..  I'm seeing lots of pretty girls during long runs on weekends actually.. I hope I can have a pretty and sexy running buddy too.. :D

5th week in my training plan

It's my 5th week in my training plan..

so far I can go close to the training plan..  Hope by end of this month I can easily follow it..  Easy Runs are comfortable now.. Tempos are the hardest to do currently.. only about 60% fit and still huffing and puffing right after the workout.. LSDs are barely OK so far.  about 70% fit for it and last weekend's LSD is 15km.

My Rides - additional to my K-Swiss family

Ever since I started using K-Swiss, I feel hesitant to try other brands again specially those I see with high heel to toe drops.  PF is not easy to freakin manage and cure i tell you!  I stopped running for about 2 months just to recover from it and make sure it doesn't come back.  Moving to the K-Swiss shoes help me a lot in taking out those unbearable pain on my heels!

I got them from US buying them BUY 1 FREE 1! Isn't that a sweet deal for new arrivals? :)  Thanks to Kuya Alvin for the help! :)

Oh, and the greatest from it is, I have donated in a charity for those with the Big C for buying these items!

First LSD of 2013

Manage to do about 12km today..  Started at about 7:30AM and thank God it's cloudy! :) I ran with Yloon at a slow pace of about 7-8min/km.. and still feel heavy.. :(
